I’m Esther Akagu, a Houston-area REALTOR® with Walzel Properties and the real estate professional behind EZLegacy Homes.
My goal is simple: help you understand the process, make informed decisions, and feel supported from our first conversation through closing day.
Real estate can involve a lot at once: financing, contracts, inspections, negotiations, deadlines, title documents, builder incentives, HOA information and closing costs. I work to make those moving pieces easier to understand.
Before real estate, I spent more than a decade working in the oil and gas industry in roles involving analysis, contracts, finance, legal coordination and vendor management. That background shaped the way I work today — organized, detail-conscious and focused on helping people understand important decisions.
But real estate is also personal. A home purchase or sale may be connected to a new job, growing family, relocation, retirement, investment goal or major life transition. That is why I believe good representation requires both professional guidance and genuine care.

My background in business administration and more than a decade of corporate experience helps me bring structure, attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to real estate transactions.
